Can I register my bag to warranty?Because we value our clients and we are proud of the quality of our hand made products, your Chavali Donya item is protected from the original date of purchase by a one-year warranty (proof of purchase required - subject to applicable conditions and exclusions*) Within the first year, Chavali Donya will repair or replace the item free of charge with a similar or comparable product. Because your item has been individually crafted, you may find slight quirks and kinks that are the sign of a handmade piece. Please look after your Chavali Donya bag or wallet by protecting it from humid and damp conditions. We hope you love your Chavali Donya as much as we loved designing it. A proof of purchase is needed: payment receipt or web order number. Guarantee is valid only if the item is bought from an official reseller or from our official website. Please email to chavalidonya@warranty.com to claiming your warranty. * The warranty does not cover damages arising from accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair from a third party. Chavali Donya can’t offer a guarantee or repair service for items purchased from an unauthorized retailer. By email us to claim your guarantee program you agree to receive Vendula London newsletters and emails. Without a proof of purchase - i.e. payument receipt or web order number - the registration is null.

Can I exchange/return an item that I bought in a Chavali Donya boutique or online to any store?You may exchange merchandise purchased at a Chavali Donya boutique or Chavali Donya authorized retailer at any of our Chavali Donya boutiques. Purchases made at a Chavali Donya Duty Free Store may be returned to a Chavali Donya boutique in the same country. Outlet purchases must be returned to the outlet. All returned merchandise must be in the original condition when sold and accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Online purchases may be returned to a Chavali Donya for an exchange, store credit or gift card. Refunds must be processed through chavalidonya.com ecommerce site where originally purchased.
