Welcome to the Chavali Donya website terms and conditions. By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions laid out below.

Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you would like to place an order but have any queries relating to our terms and conditions, please email info@chavalidonya.com.my We may alter these terms from time to time without notice to you.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We have made every possible effort to display our product colours and information accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that the shade your monitor displays will match the actual product colour accurately on delivery.

Because all our products are hand-made, some differences can occur between the picture and the product.

Chavali Donna takes realistic steps to ensure that product information is entered and displayed accurately. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of incorrect product information being entered onto our system,this includes promotions and prices.

Prices may be changed without notice and include VAT where applicable.

Discount codes do not apply on reduced items.

All products are subject to availability.

It is possible that stock levels may fluctuate between the time an order is placed and when it comes to be fulfilled. In the event of your ordering an item that goes out of stock, we will notify you and you will not be charged for said item(s).

PRODUCT PURCHASE

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. When we dispatch the items included in your order, you will be charged.

Once an order has been confirmed by you we will be unable to make changes to it. Vendula reserves the right to refuse orders at any time.

 

This may occur if, for example:

  • The product goes out of stock

  • Payment authorisation cannot be obtained by us

  • There is an inaccuracy or error within the product information

 

We will contact you if there is a problem with your order.

Pre-orders: as we do not store payment details,  payments are taken at the validation of the pre-order. Pre-order estimated dispatch dates are indicated on the product page. This estimated dispatch date may slightly vary depending on stock availability

 

Your user’s privacy is of the highest importance to your business, so take the time to write an accurate and detailed policy. Use straightforward language to gain their trust and make sure they keep coming back to your site!
