international deliveries:

Deliveries outside of the South Asian are costed by country.

Free delivery for Klang Valley area for orders more than RM 1600.

Transit times are estimated. Delays may apply due to bank holiday, remote areas accessibility or custom and duties checks.

For deliveries outside the EU, a 20% VAT is withdrawn at the checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If any of the items you have ordered are unsuitable, please inform us within 14 days of receipt by sending an email at: sales@chavalidonya.com.my Please include your order number and a description of the item you wish to return and a short explanation about why you wish to return the item.
Send the unwanted item back to us at the address below, including your name and order number.

We are happy to give a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of us receiving your returns notification email.

Items returned outside these conditions may receive a credit note.

A refund will not be possible if the item(s) arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used. In such cases, the item(s) will be returned to you.

We can only issue a refund on postal fees if your order was faulty at reception or your product has gone faulty within the 12 months of guarantee.

Christmas returns: Christmas gifts can be exchanged or refunded by the 10th of January with a proof of purchase, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
This does not affect your statutory rights. When returning items we strongly recommended you obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Chavali Donya will arrange an exchange.
