Christmas gifts can be exchanged by the 20th of January 2018 with a proof of purchase, in perfect condition and in their original packaging*.
*No refund will be accepted - a proof of purchase is needed - we exchange product from our website and shops only - no return shipping costs will be refunded.
Note about deliveries outside the South Asean:
If you order products from our site for delivery outside the South Asean, a 20% VAT is withdrawn at the checkout. On the other hand, you may have to pay import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order

If any of the items you have ordered are unsuitable, please inform us within 14 days of receipt via our contact page.
Please include your order number and a description of the item you wish to return.

We are happy to give a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of us receiving your returns notification email.
- Items returned outside these conditions may receive a credit note.
- A refund will not be possible if the item(s) arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used. In such cases, the item(s) will be returned to you.
- We can only issue a refund on postal fees if your order was faulty at reception or your product has gone faulty within the 6 month of guarantee.
This does not affect your statutory rights. When returning items we strongly recommended you obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Chavali Donya will arrange an exchange.
